A message from the angels I received in meditation at church
A message I was given by the 'ministry' of angels during a meditation and which I have shared before in person at the church. Its my experience that there are many angels, who I simply refer to as 'helper beings', existing in many realms seeking to communicate and guide us in our quest to remember ourselves. They serve others because they know in helping another they help the totality of all that is which they too are a part of. (Where they refer to frequency they were not merely referring to the waves of light which transfer energy/information via the quantum fields, they were speaking about the manifesting patterns of our lives which these mechanics make possible, and how we choose to work with certain 'issues' (aspects of energy) in order to evolve our inner light for the good of the whole. So too the angel who gave me this message was using the terms 'dark' and 'light' not to refer to our notions of morality and evil but to refer to that which underpins selfishness which is the ignorance of the true self. Angels really do exist and we are each proof of this. We can each be a source of 'good' or help in the world if we consciously choose to be and we never know in what way our presence provides help to those we meet. Always however the angels stress to me that we must begin by taking personal responsibility for awakening to our inner being and our interconnectedness to all things. The message I received which I hope lifts all who read it - ‘You are all angels, not becoming, or have been, but ARE. As humans you must stop thinking yourselves so small. You do not come to the physical realm because you are inadequate, you come because you are vessels of love, in order to do loves work; transmuting frequencies, turning 'darkness' into light, this is the greatest work in the universe. You are each highly esteemed beings in the higher realms and we are always here when you need us. Invoke us by any name you choose.’

What am I carrying in my cup today?
A Buddhist monk asked his students — "If you're carrying a cup of coffee and someone bumps into you, why did you spill the coffee?" Each of his students said: "Because someone bumped into me." "No," he said. "The reason you spilled the coffee is because that's what you were carrying in your cup. If you were carrying water, you would have spilled water." Then he said something profound: "Whenever life shakes you, whatever you're carrying is going to spill out. So if you're carrying fear, jealousy, anger or greed — that's what's going to spill out.
